How often is Literally Magazine published?

Literally Magazine is published every other month, with new editions released in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Which edition will I receive first?

Your first edition depends on when you subscribe. Orders placed by the 15h of the month before an edition is released will receive that upcoming edition.

When will my subscription renew?

Your subscription automatically renews every two months from your original purchase date.

Will I be notified before my subscription renews?

Yes. We’ll email you approximately 9–12 days before your renewal is processed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the subscription management link in your renewal reminder or account confirmation email. You must cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. Or manage your subscription here

If I cancel, will I still receive the edition I already paid for?

Yes. Canceling prevents your next renewal. You will still receive any edition already included in a completed payment. Please see the publication schedule above to see what edition you'll receive. 

What happens if I subscribe after the order deadline?

Your subscription will begin with the next available edition. For example, subscriptions purchased after January 16 will begin with the April edition.

Does my subscription continue automatically?

Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew every two months until you cancel it.

Literally magazine is a bi-monthly print publication. New issues are typically shipped during the first two weeks of February, April, June, August, October, and December (and occasionally even earlier).

Once your magazine has been shipped, delivery is handled by USPS. While most orders arrive on time, delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, holidays, routing errors, or other circumstances outside of Literally magazine's control.

Please allow until the 25th of your issue month for your magazine to arrive before contacting us. If your issue has not arrived by then, email hello@literallymagazine.com and we'll gladly investigate and, if appropriate, send a complimentary replacement while supplies last.

Because we maintain a limited inventory of each issue, replacement copies are available only while supplies last.

If you contact us more than 30 days after your issue month, replacement copies may no longer be available. At that time, Literally Magazine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Issue a refund for the purchase price of the missing issue, or

• Apply your purchase toward the next available issue.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and that shipping timelines are subject to USPS and other factors beyond our control. We are committed to making things right whenever reasonably possible and appreciate your patience and understanding as a small independent print publication (applicable for all subscription types).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Literally Magazine is a bi-monthly print publication released in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Orders placed on or before the 15th will begin with the next scheduled issue:

• By January 15 → February issue

• By March 15 → April issue

• By May 15 → June issue

• By July 15 → August issue

• By September 15 → October issue

• By November 15 → December issue

Orders placed after the 15th will automatically begin with the following issue. For example, an order placed on February 16 will begin with the June issue.

Magazines are typically shipped during the first two weeks of the issue month (and occasionally even earlier). Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by printing schedules, USPS delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand this publication schedule and agree that your order will begin with the applicable issue listed above.

All sales are final. Due to print production and fulfillment costs, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks based on issue timing or delivery expectations once an order has been placed.

If you have not received your magazine by the 25th of your issue month, please email hello@literallymagazine.com. We will gladly send a complimentary replacement while supplies last if your order qualifies (applies to all subscriptions including 2-year).
