Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Literally Magazine! By signing up with your email for articles or purchasing a print subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use Literally Magazine content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website or notifying you via email. All updates take effect immediately. Continued use of Literally Magazine content after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access and Account

 

Email signups give access to free articles; print subscriptions provide mailed editions. You agree that the information you provide (including your email and shipping information) is accurate and current.

 

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for notifying us immediately of unauthorized access at hello@literallymagazine.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms.

Print Subscriptions & Single Issues

  • Literally Magazine is a bi-monthly print publication. New issues are released and delivered during the first two weeks of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

​

  • A single issue purchase ($15) includes one physical issue of Literally Magazine. A full-year subscription ($90) includes six physical issues of Literally Magazine.

​

  • Regardless of when you place your order, your purchase will begin with the next available issue month. By purchasing a single issue or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this publishing and delivery schedule.

​

  • Issue release dates and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by printing schedules, postal carrier delays, holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of Literally Magazine's control.

​

  • Fees: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

​

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of print publishing, production scheduling, and fulfillment costs, all sales are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@literallymagazine.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Intellectual Property

All content—articles, images, layouts, and designs—belongs to Literally Magazine or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

​

You may:

  • Read content for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Share links to articles or occasionally print an article for personal use with proper attribution: “Used with permission from Literally Magazine.”

​

You may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, sell, or create derivative works without written consent.

  • Use content for commercial purposes, including apps, merchandise, or subscriptions.

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

User Conduct

AI & Content Policy

At Literally Magazine, our mission is to encourage, equip, and point teen girls toward truth, confidence, and identity rooted in Christ.

To support the creation of our magazine, website, marketing materials, and related content, we may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of our creative and production process. AI may be used to assist with visual concepts, illustrations, design elements, photography enhancements, editing, brainstorming, formatting, and other creative functions.

Any AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by our team before publication.

​

AI-generated or AI-assisted imagery is not intended to represent actual individuals, establish standards of beauty, body type, appearance, lifestyle, or promote unrealistic cultural ideals. Rather, it is used as a creative tool to help communicate ideas, tell stories, and enhance the overall reader experience.
